General information
Prices: At GIGAROI, we reserve the right to correct any errors in our listed prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment: GIGAROI accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.
Refunds
If a refund is applicable, please provide your bank details, including registration number and account number, so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided via email or other electronic means without risk, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund.
Right of withdrawal
Once a campaign has started, the right of withdrawal is waived.
Reimbursement
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to otherwise.

To enter into an agreement with us and to shop on our website, we need the following information from you:

We process your personal data with the purpose of delivering the service to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our privacy policy for GIGAROI.
